After spending more than seven years working in the healthcare industry, I noticed a pattern that kept repeating itself regardless of the specialty, size, or location of the practice.
From front desk operations and insurance verification to prior authorizations, billing, and revenue cycle management, many healthcare organizations face the same challenges. Small mistakes early in the process often lead to claim denials, delayed payments, increased administrative work, and lost revenue.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across multiple areas of healthcare, including primary care, chiropractic practices, behavioral health, and other medical specialties. Having worked directly within these operations, I’ve seen firsthand where breakdowns occur and how they affect both providers and patients.

I created this company with the goal of helping healthcare organizations build stronger processes, eliminate preventable errors, and create a smoother path from patient registration to reimbursement.
